- 4 Tablespoons self raising flour
- 4 Tablespoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 3 Tablespoons cooking oil
Sling everything in a slightly bigger mug than I used, mix it up and zap it in the microwave on full tilt for 3 minutes.
